Stolen Life

Stolen Life is a diagram of connection and interruption. Bulbous branching forms radiate from a dark central axis across an ivory ground, their contours swelling and tapering like vessels under pressure; jet-black lobes anchor the corners and lower edge, counterweighted by magenta, cobalt, golden yellow, and a concentric orange-and-vermillion oval pressing outward at the margin. Hairline grooves thread the surface in concentric and meandering paths, knitting the forms together while quietly disturbing the space between them. The title’s sense of a life diverted or siphoned away holds, without upsetting the balance. Offered as a limited-edition giclée print on museum-grade cotton paper.
